AT ADSGC, we are an independent non-profit corporation, here to help you to meet your court requirements. Here’s the Court mandated programs we offer as a state-approved provider.

Driving Under the Influence (DUI) & Misdemeanor Dangerous Drugs Program (MDD)

DUI and MDD Programs serve individuals convicted of impaired driving offenses and those convicted of misdemeanor dangerous drug offense. Participants receive state-mandated evaluations. The educational part of the programs uses the evidence-based prevention and intervention program, PRIME for Life, helps participants reduce their risk of alcohol and drug related problems.

Minor in Possession (MIP)

The MIP Educational Program is mandated for minors convicted of possession of intoxicating substances.

Monitoring

Monthly educational sessions focus on relapse prevention and offer important after-treatment support.
